Submitted a Trojan to Viruscan.org and COMODO 2.0 detected the file. Scanned the folder on my PC containing that same Trojan with CAVS3 (CIS RC1) and it did not found the threat!

That does not sound good at all! maybe the signatures and database of cavs 3 is totally different from cavs 2 and cavs 3 does not contain all the signatures, active heuristics that cavs 2 partly had… Maybe in the future when heuristics is implemented and the database is up to date, maybe cavs 3 will score better than cavs 2…
