CAVS scan error code 0x800705aa

Hi guys!!! ;D
I have had a problem with the CAVS…I use CIS, but when I do a scan i receive an alert…

MS Windows XP Professional SP3
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 512 Mb ram
Other Security Software: Malwarebytes, Superantispyware (both free-ondemand)
Comodo configuration: Paranoid Mode, Custom Policy Mode, Proactive Security
OS configuration: Limited User Account and Software Restriction Policy

Description of the issue:
I started a scan but it stops on a file (in this case alcxwdm.sys):

After 2 hours when I press StopScan button I have this error:

Have you seen this? Disabling DEP protection on cmdagent.exe might solve the problem.

By.The same for me too

Same problem, but it didn’t happened during scan. It was on stand-by.
First thing I noticed was that the virus signature database version was 0.

  1. CPU Athlon 64 X2 4600+
  2. Windows XP pro, service pack 3, 32 bit
  3. CIS 3.8.65951.477
  4. Antivirus - default settings
  5. Firewall - custom policy mode
  6. Defense+ - clean PC mode
  7. Administrator account

Same problem for me too:

CPU Athlon 64 X2 4400+ -Graphics Card Ati Radeon X1600Pro PCI-e 512 MB -System 2GB of RAM
Windows xp Home Edition SP 3 32 Bit
Cis 3.8.65951.477
Antivirus default setting With euristics scanning/level High
Firewall Custom Mode Policy
Defense+ Safe Mode
Found problem also with system in idle.
