CAVS 3.0 Spyware?

All,

I was just wondering if CAVS 3.0 (RC2) will detect Spyware such as Antivirus Pro 2008 or XP Antivirus or the others or if CAVS 3.0 is just an Antivirus and Antimalware applications (w/Firewall of course). --Probably a stupid question, hence the name AntiviruSpyware, but still a questions none-the-less –
