CAV file submission

When I open window of CAV file submission, the program crashes and shuts down itself, and the windows shell is stopped and restarted.

Other software runnig are:

  • AVIRA AntiVir Personal Edition Classic (latest version), with real time contro enabled,
  • Windows Defender,
  • Zone Alarms free.

The real time control of CAV is disabled, HIPS and e-mail control are enabled.

You could do a test uninstalling and reinstalling CAVS (cleaning up the system registry).

If problem still persists, it has a bug.

I have unistalled (with REVO uninstaller) , cleaned registry and reinstalled, but the problem remains.
How do I report this to COMODO?

but I think it is imminent exit of the new CAVS3, then you make.
