please help me regarding unistalling this version of comodo antivirus- Comodo Internet Security 3.5.53896.424 XP Vista x32 Final. i already unistalled this version with all of its folder but windows security center still reports that it is still on and reports that it is not compatible and reports to check setting. how can i completely remove this version?

It’s not that CIS is not uninstalled, but apparently the registration to the security center database was not removed… the above procedures should be able to fix this.
