Hi there, when right licking on the tray icon and selecting disable firewall or antivirus a popup window appears asking how long you wish to keep this setting in affect. For me the window appears and then disappears before you can select anything. If I’m fast enough I can click the “okay” but it gets ignored.
This happens when an installation is corrupted, but other causes may exist. Have you tried reinstalling the program?
