Can't see files "waiting for review"

Hello Comodo Community.

I am using Comodo Internet Security version 3.8.65951.477. I usually run in Clean PC mode and I have 57 files waiting for review, but when I click to see the list, it is blank.

I have tried running in a different security level and switching back. If anyone can make suggestions, I would love to hear them.
