Can't register a new account

I need a hand here.
My account can’t be actived by any mean I tryed. I’ve tryed two times and nothing, the link I’ve got in my email leads me to a page where I find:

SSL: certificate subject name ‘liupeng’ does not match target host name ‘xxx.xxx.xxx.xx’

Where the “x” were numbers, probably my Ip number.

Please someone, help me. :-\
