I can’t open Virtual Kiosk. When clicking the button, it shows loading, then a window explorer is opened. I don’t know why. Chromodo and Silverlight have been installed. It is Windows 7 64bit. Reseting the sandbox is not helped.

Sometimes I’m having the same problem, but when I Reset Sandbox problem is solved
same here, it does not start and just opens the explorer, please fix this
