Can't open a port in the firewall

Hi,

I’ve been reading and searching quite a lot for the answer to my problem but did not find it so here I am !

I’m trying to open a specific port, 5317, but can’t find how… I tried everything ! The application that is using this port is called cgwatcher.

In application rules I allowed all for ip, tcp/udp and even icmp.

Firewall diabled when I test the port with http://www.canyouseeme.org/ it works fine.
Firewall on no go…

Hope you can help me, this is very frustrating :confused:

Try the global rules, sorry on mobile so can’t really give clear instructions.
