Can't login to web interface

I installed my ztl (centos 4.6) and I can’t login to the web interface to configure it.

After installation I use the http ://( the ip of the server):10000, the https doesn’t work. The username is ‘admin’ and the password the same as root password.

When I hit enter I receive the ‘Login failed. Please try again.’

I installed ZTL several times. I can’t remember having this problem. Did you try the default ’ password '?
Otherwise, as this probably still is a clean install, just reinstall and see if that solves your issue. (I remember having to do that.)

Your issue also could be ZTL not starting after the install. (But you are seeing the login screen, so it probably is running.) (re-)Start ZTL from the command prompt to be sure.
