Can you please provide more info. Are you using Windows XP or Vista? Are you using 32 bit or 64 bit. The screen shows your trying to install the 64 bit version. Sure you downloaded the correct one?
Using Vista, probably 64 bit as i have 4 gb of ram. But im not sure of the bit thing, but thats what ive heard.
Well you need to check to see if you have Vista 64 or Vista 32 bit. Also shut off your virus scan while installing.
