Cant determine disk number?????

Hi,
I just installed the newest version of comodo backup free version. Im traying to do a disk, partition, and mbr backup, but i always get this message on step 3 “cannot determine the disk number for partition”. I am running vista home with service pack 2. Any help would be great. I am just recovering from a recent crash and can use this product! Thanks!

anyone have any input at all?? very frustrating even after updating to a newer version today i still get it.
