I have windows 10 and Comodo dome shield 1.8.1.523 which I just installed. I had to install again due to the fact that my hdd had an issue and therefore it was a replaced with SSD hard drive. I download the agent and on the task bar it is showing a minus sign saying “not protected and unencrypted” so I thought of going into the comodo dome shield website and remove under roaming devices my laptop to uninstall the agent and reinstall and do it over. the problem is I cannot find the directory where dome shield is located and I cannot find the uninstaller.
I tried to reinstall the agent but it is saying it encountered an error to try again later. how do uninstall it to reinstall it and hopefully it will work to reencrypt my laptop.
