Cannot install no welcome screen to enter activation code

I cannot install the program because I do not get an opportunity to enter the Activation Number. How do I install? Also, some download sites indicate that the Firewall will work with all Windows; not just XP and 2K. Will it work on Windows 98SE, or is this my install problem?

Hi,

The Firewall can only be used on Windows 2000 onwards.
