Cannot install Comodo products using MSI installer

Tried to install it…but seems something went wrong…to be onest I can’t install any Comodo product, cause the installer crashes immediatley. I don’t know why. It’s frustrating.
BTW, in this case I got the error message in the attachement.
Can anyone help me?

Windows 7, fully updated
AMD Athlon 2600+
2 gb ram
Others security softwares installed:

  • Secure A Plus real time protection (I’ve ben forced to get it, cause CIS crashed suddenly, and I couldn’t reinstall it, like any other Comodo Product, except CID. Mistery…).
  • On demand: Herd protect, Hitman pro.

The error message states there is a problem with an installation process of another program. Either the installation or uninstallation of a program using Windows Installer did end prematurely which left traces. Those traces upset Windows Installer.

Download, install Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and run it. Now cross reference the list of Windows Installer Clean Up Utility (WICUU) with your installed programs. When you see a program listed in WICUU that is not installed on your computer let WICUU remove the references to that installation. That should do the trick.
