Cannot get initial virus def to load because of connection error

Error: 0x80072efd - A connection with the server could not be established

I have tried everything. I have Comodo on two other machines that are on the same network. Both are able to update cav def / program updates.

Yet this laptop WILL NOT download initial virus definitions.

I have tried 3 times uninstalling/installing/using clean-up tool/re-installing … :frowning:

Could the server be down???

allo same thing here cant update and the update page from comodo not working either dont know whats going on
