Cannot delete files from Comodo Cloud

I have a number of files and folders on my cCloud account that I wish to delete. However, every time I try to delete one I get the following error message:

“This file seems to be already in use. Please try again later. Original message: 306: Sharing violation”

I am pretty sure no other program of mine is attempting to access the files. I have undeleted all Comodo desktop apps (cDrive, cCloud, cBackup) from my pc (which runs win 8.1), and am using the web interface only. I have also waited 24 hours between deletion attempts. Nothing works.

Is there a way I can unlock the files, please? I’d be very grateful for help.

Best wishes,

That the same think i got now. They real need to fix this if they what to beat Google drive or dropbox

This will be fixed in the next release which will be out next week.

Is there any news on when this problem with non deletable files/folders will fixed?

This fix was not included in last week release. It will be included in next release.

Do you know when this is planned?

It’s planned for Thursday.

The fix works.
