There’s some problem with my CIS,but I can’t fix them,can you analyse this for me?the d+ events always deletes the records often,and something went wrong though i dont what it is.

In what format is your attached file saved? When I open it as .txt file I get Chinese. When I rename it to .xml file it doesn’t show anything.
Not sure what your problem is but it sounds like CIS reports it is not functioning properly. Does running Diagnostic (under More) fix it or not?
What version of CIS are you using? Is this a clean or an update installation?
