Can someone tell me how to use Bittorrent?

I know I download it but I don’t know what to do then? Also I’m a bit confused on the rules thing on the Comodo firewall pro FAQs section on how to let it get passed the firewall. I haven’t downloaded it yet just might some time to see how it is.

I know it’s about uTorrent, but IMO it’s the best bittorrent client and the concept isn’t much, if any, different from using another client.
