CAN NOT CONNECT TO INTERNET

hello all my 1st post so be easy on me ;D

i have been using comodo firewall and a-v for 2 mounths no probs untill i got a message say something i thing called like “9010.exe” was tring to connect to the internet

i did a search but could not find any thing on the internet about this .exe so i either blocked it or put it in to quarantined i can remember

but after ie would not connect to the internet i tryed safari that was the same google chrome same but firefox will connect but with a few probs outlook is still working

i looked in the program dash but could not see any blocked or quarantined stuff

so i tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but still know luck

is there any thing elce i can try

with out reformating

please help jonathan

update still dose not work in safe mode
