Can I Turn Off EVERYTHING except filtering internet traffic?

Is there a way to set Comodo to ONLY filter internet traffic, and not do ANYTHING else?

This post is NOT about the following two issues, but they are the MOTIVATION here:

  1. Comodo blocks NordVPN from starting up correctly, which I have posted about separately.
  2. I have now discovered that Comodo is causing Windows 10 accounts to get partially corrupted. After I install Comodo, the Sign-in options in Windows settings no longer loads, and I lose the ability to add user accounts. This problem does not occur UNTIL I INSTALL COMODO on an account. (Windows 10 1909)

So, Is there a way to set Comodo to ONLY filter internet traffic, and not do ANYTHING else? As I discuss in my other post (about NordVPN), I don’t see anything else to turn off.

If not, can someone recommend a free firewall, that gives you the ability to write rules, and can be set to only allow traffic through a VPN (as Comodo can)?
