Can Boclean be hanging one of my user logoffs?

I have noticed in the past week that one of my Windows XP users will not logoff for some reason. She can “switch user” but cannot logoff. Today I was trying to see what was wrong and the BOC425 was hanging and would not end. After ending this program, I was able to log her off as a user. This is only happening to one user of 4 that are on my computer.

Does anyone have any idea why this would be, and is it BOCLEAN which is causing the problem?

Hard to say what exactly BOC is hanging on, there may be something in that account corrupted.
I’d back the files up from that account, delete it and recreate it to see if that fixes it.
