First of all network firewall is not functioning properly. So I run diagnostics it tells me to install CA Limited. When I install CA Limited I can not get onto the internet. Do I does nothing or how do I solve this ?
What is the CA Limited program you installed? Do you have a url?
Can you tell us what OS are you on and what security programs are running at the same time?

Running Vista Home Premium, Widows firewall is off. Avira Anti-virus
I think the OP is referring to the pop up box during installation asking to continue the installation of the firewall driver, which is signed by COMODO CA Limited. I could be wrong.
I think in this case CA refers to “Certification Authority” as in digitally signing stuff
