Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
Hello, so I’ll try to help, but remember that I know little about computer science and I’m using google translator to respond to you.

I have taken your information and put it in the first post. Also, for future reference just copy the code and paste in your responses after the colons. It should look like what is now in the first post. However, there are still pieces of information missing. Please see the first post and fill out the missing information.
Also, I’m a little confused about the issue you are experiencing. Can you please explain it in detail below this post?
Are you saying that as long as CIS is installed everything is fine, but after removing it you are experiencing issues?
Thanks.
Please answer my above questions so I can forward this to the devs.
Hello, good afternoon,
Chiron you’re right, the problem occurs only when I uninstall it.
I’m sorry not to have answered all the questions is that the translation of which is unclear.
From what I understand you want me to provide a brief lighter.
The problem occurs when I uninstall these CIS him, I could see this error from version 6.1 to 6.3. As there was no correction decided to report the error to you. Along the Cis use Panda USB Vaccine, malwarebytes free version 1.75.
Chiron I saw how you organized on the topics that I put everything I believe is right but the translation is not very accurate, only remembering that after the error occurs can not install CIS again without deleting the tracks (folders) that are on the computer.
Best believe is a summary:
After uninstalling the program to restart the computer displayed an error message and platicamente nothing is uninstalled, only the CIS to be run and can not run it or reinstall it until the remaining files are deleted.
There appears to be a conflict with another software.
Hope this helps, I’m sorry but I do not know English very well and know little about computer science.
And congratulations to you and the team comodo for the attention given to the problem.
Okay, I think I understand this a bit better.
This may be solvable. It sounds to me like something is not being removed correctly. For more information for this bug report, and to see if we can easily fix this for you, please try reinstalling CIS by following the advice I give in this topic. Be sure to run both CIS removal tools in Safe Mode.
Let me know if, after doing all of that, you still receive the errors when uninstalling CIS (that is of course after first carefully reinstalling it as I recommend).
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.
As I feel this is likely solvable I will move this to the HELP section of the forum so you have the greatest chance of getting advice that allows you to solve this issue.
However, if it turns out that all advice fails to solve the problem, I will move this back to the bug reporting section, and we can process this as a bug.
Thank you.
Hello good afternoon,
