BSOD on Windows 10 update cmdhlp.sys

Hi!

I’m having the same issue as reported in this thread https://forums.comodo.com/resolvedoutdated-issues-cis/bsod-windows-10-not-booting-cmdhlpsys-failure-t121433.0.html

I’m on Windows 10 1709 build 16299.547 and CIS premium 10.2.0.6526. Second time windows tries (forcibly) to update and i got the BSOD after a reboot so i had to revert to a system drive backup.

From the mentioned thread i would assume this issue would’ve been fixed, guess the best thing i can do is uninstall CIS, update Windows, reinstall CIS?

Hi Babblefish,

Yes, please uninstall CIS using official uninstaller and reinstall after installing Windows update.

If you still get BSOD, please provide us dump for investigation.

Kind Regards,
PremJK

Alright will give that a try, thanks!
