Brutforce with Mod_Security from Comodo with Plesk not working

Hello,
Plesk Onyx with the Comodo Mod_Security Bruteforce protection isn’t working. Also the IP table ip.pag is over 11 GByte. We have deactivated all Brutforce Rulesets like:
