Probably the title “Bollywood” is why you used the word funny?
Just a different culture in the cinematic world.
Doing their best and trying to improve each time, comparable to Hollywood but on a budget much much lower.
There is a site to view many of the movies but most require a paid membership, which is disallowed by my budget.
Have seen a few free ones.

back when i was in high school, there’s a phenomenal bollywood movie : kuch kuch hota hai
i’ve never watch it, but my classmates (mostly girls) said they were crying when they watch the movie, guess it’s pretty good.
oh, and the soundtrack is famous too

ya, eerrr but no offense. i don’t really like bollywood movies. you know, singing in the middle of the story, dancers coming out from nowhere. it’s annoying. i guess the movie itself is pretty good without the singing&dancing.

I don’t like musicals most times… Except the good ones, like The Fiddler on the Roof or, the best of all, The Blues Brothers.
But some Bollywood actresses are hott. :-*
