Hello, I am new here.
I tried updating to version 4.25.001, by uninstalling the previous version as instructed. The installation procedure claims that I have not uninstalled it yet and terminates. What should I do?

It was 4.24.

You could try remove the leftovers with the help of ccleaner : http://www.filehippo.com/download/751ed68330a1fa7712035248d9aebaab/download/
Do not forget to uncheck yahoo toolbar during installation. Start the program and press on run cleaner confirm the message. After you done that go to issues, scan for issues,fix the selected issues but make a backup.Reboot your pc afterwards and try to install again.
