Is BoClean included in CIS or do I need to install it seperately?
Would you recommend using them both?

Yes, they work together perfectly, but BO Clean will be integrated into CIS soon. 
At least a memory scanner will be integrated in CIS, if it will have the same options as BOClean is not clear :-\
