I installed bo clean and when I tried to update nothing happens also when I try road test and update same response nothing happens. This makes me wonder if its working or not.

Please read the CBOC FAQ including the install/uninstall instructions for your OS flavor.
If there is a problem at that point then post back with your OS version and other security software that is installed including any hardware or software firewall information.
