Ok so I undid the changes I made to avnotify in safe mode. I wanted to find a way to successfully block “avnotify” with D+. Well I figured it out. Avira’s “update.exe” is set to execute “avnotify” when it finishes updating. So I opened up Comodo and went into D+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy. Scrolled till I found the Avira updater and then clicked on edit. I then clicked on “access rights”. Now I clicked on “modify” next to “run as executable” and went over to the “blocked applications” tab and added “avnotify”. The next time Avira updated I now had not pop up from Avira to upgrade. I got the idea from MattyR. ;D
