This my first attempt at using CCE. I’m using a Windows XP SP3 32bit PC.
I had unzipped the contents of the ZIP file into a folder I created on the Desktop.
After the initial update process, both the buttons on the lower right and the drop-downs on the upper right are blank. NONE of the screens seem to be showing any text.
