bad choice => firefox access danied HOW TO Undo it

How to undo bad choice because I blocked firefox.
log:
Application Access Danied (firefox.exe 127.0.0.1 :12080)
Application: C:\Poogram Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe
parent: c:\Windows\Explorer.exe
Protocol: TCP Out
Destination: 127.0.0.1:12080

delete the application monitor rule and restart firefox

Also, if you’re not using a local proxy service, you may safely disable the security loopback checks - go to Security/Advanced/Miscellaneous and make sure both boxes are checked for “Skip Loopback…” If I recall correctly, the UDP is checked by default, but TCP is not.

Then FF will be allowed its localhost connection.
