Normally i do NOT like that instaled programs startup when Windows starts up
(But that’s a fact of life and i can work around this (:TNG))
But i do like Comodo that much I love to see it start up immediately (OR when trying to connect to internet with some comodo warning sign)

The inbound defense is running from boot even if the sys tray icon is slow to show up.
If you also want to block outbound connections until everything is started, you can go to security/advanced/advanced attack detection and prevention/misc tab and check the “block all outgoing…”.
For some it can cause some conflicts with other start up things, but then you can just turn it off again.
