have a popup appear in the bottom right hand corner that slowly rises that says reluanch dragon to apply update with a button to do so. change the color of the window for dragon in the task bar and add some kind of update icon in the bottom right hand corner of the dragon icon for the window in the task bar. add that same icon to the dragon icon for the menu button in the browser. this way if the user closes the popup they still see the other indicators to relaunch
