Just so I and others better understand, you want to compare a saved scan with a new scan in order to see a list of new entries?
I don’t think that you can do this.

You could use save from file menu then run a second instance of autorun analyzer to open the saved results.
it’s a good idea but it’s more difficult, I hope for the next version it is possible to auto save and make a comparison with signal color,I think it’s a great security option as well …
