As described shortly in the subject, I’ve been facing with this problem since a lot of time, but it doesn’t happen always by the way.
Details:
After logging into Windows 7 x64 a message box appears saying that CIS has crashed and asks me to start the diagnostic step.
I think the result of that diagnostic step is a zip file.
I’ve attached it.
After the diagnostic step, however, it runs normally by clicking on its icon.
Any suggestions?
