are 100 +/- active connections normal wiith CIS?

i use CIS and it is not uncommon to have 100+ active connections. many of these are all 62 kb out with varying protocols ie: UDP or TCP.

this has happened when the computer is idle, but when browsing it’s more noticable. this makes me nervious when it happens. does anyone have any ideas?

What programs are making the connections? When you see a lot of connections by cmdagent.exe at ports 4447 and 4448 then that is traffic from the cloud look up.
