any good antivirus products for Linux systems?

Since Comodo does not work on the latest Linux kernals… are there any decent antivirus programs for Linux? (I am ditching Windows one computer at a time - before Windows 7 support ends in 2020).

I looked into Sophos, but their privacy policy was horrible. Clam is clunky at best. Any recommendations?

I would gladly pay for a Linux Comodo version, were it available.

Since you do not like Clam all I can suggest is Maldetect.

In the meantime I will be anxiously waiting for Comodo to upgrade their support for Linux.
