Over the past few days, I am constantly getting the error “Could not connect to device” from both the online antitheft.comodo.com portal as well as the app itself. When i open the app, if I click My Device, then click on the My Device (the device I am on at the time), it still is not able to connect.
Can you tell us your anti-theft version number and details of your phone.
Have you double checked that Location / GPS is enabled on your phone?
The location services / GPS are enabled.
The phone is Samsung SM-N910T, Android version 5.0.1
Comodo Antitheft version 3.1.1903
