Hello,
I am having trouble downloading the AntiSpam. I have been doing everything ,download, then Run. Then nothing! No pop up to say it wasn’t done. What can I be doing???

Very puzzling. Try re-downloading, check that a file is downloaded.
File should be CASsetup.exe. Size: 4,491,432 bytes, Size on disk: 4,493,312 bytes (See properties of file for this data).
If no joy maybe your security software is stopping it running. Are you using Comodo Internet SEcurity or some other package?
Also perhaps check if your account has the right to install software (esp if Vista)
