AntiSpam 2.1 Will not download emails

      I suggest you install Comodo AntiSpam 2.5, I use it and it works fine with my outlook express.

I use outlook express and my emails won’t come through either. I can stop the anti-spam and I have 150-200 emails come through and only a few of them are spam. Any suggestions.

You said you e-mails will not come through, we need check several factors.
 1. Do you intall any antivirus products? 
 2. Could you see the animation icon in the systray area when you receiving e-mails? I attached one snapshot of my systray, and identified the icon with a red rectangel.
 3. Do you accounts require SSL conneciton?
