I’m getting an error message advising: ini file get corrupted ERROR NUMBER OXTLU260. I’m using XP SP2 professional. I have requested a response through the Anti Virus support, but have yet to get a response. Apparently I have the most recent version and my data base is current. Should I download the program again?

This error message indicates a corrupted download/installation. Can you please re-download from
and reinstall.
