anti virus of cis not updating shows error

i have the CIS version 12.2.27098 database version 33454 website date 60521, Windows 10.0.19042 build 19042 and when I try to update the antivirus it gives me an unspecified error that it could not update. i tried to look for the virus database to manually download and import but could not find it. where is the virus database stored in your program on my computer, and where can I download it manually. if this does not work would you recommend uninstalling CIS and reinstalling it.

At this moment there are some temporary sync issues due to server migration. Team is working on getting this fixed as earlier as possible.

The problem with the AV update should be fixed now. Please check.
Sometimes there is a glitch in Website DB update, we will rectify it.
