Anti virus engine will not initialize

Version 3.8.64739.471

Status pages says anti-virus monitoring enable, but keep constant warning that virus database not updated. When attempt to a manual or schedule a scan get the message “Anti virus engine will not initialize.”

I will confess that I used a lot of Commodo features before understanding so it could be being blocked somehow by Commodo itself but I have since carefully gone over the documentation and settings and think that is not likely the problem. :cry:
