Anti Spam Not letting outlook 2007 Get emails

Hi for Some reason i cant get any emails through outlook 2007 with antispam installed outlook keeps giving the error that says to check connection or account settings and try again but my setting are correct so i dont know what to do any ideas?

OS: windows vista home basic sp1
Office: Office 2007 pro sp1
Ram: 2GB
Network: DSL
antispam ver: Latest but not still installed
