Annoying False positive Defense+ alerts

Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

Hi,
i’m user of CIS - Comodo Firewall with Defense+ and getting very annoying False positive Defense+ alerts.
Every time when i start my VOIP client software “CounterPath X-Lite” then comodo shows me annoying Defense+ alert. THIS SOFTWARE IS TRUSTED and I don’t want this alerts with this application.
I added “CounterPath X-Lite” to Defense+ trusted applications and also to Firewall trusted applications and still i gets this annoying alert. I really thinking about uninstall comodo CIS, but i don’t want to do this so i write here for help. Is there some other solution to stop this alerts than uninstall comodo?

Yes, there is. Go to Defense+ → Computer Security Policy → Add → browse to the CounterPath X-Lite and Use a Predefined Policy: Installer or Updater. Now Apply the changes.

Please try the workarounds as described in App. is not working correctly, but does not seem to be s/boxed. What to do? [v5] and see if that brings a solution.

I also sent xlite files to Comodo with this form
