On Android Market, why the Content Rating (on the right side) for Comodo Products is Low Maturity & most of the competitive products has Content Rating - Everyone? Whats the deciding factor for Content Rating & What does Content Rating means or includes?

it is just an option when publishing. It seems that the everyone option has been disabled by google play team.

Low maturity meaning even kids/teens are ok to DL and use this app.
High maturity would be adult in nature.
An app rating system similar to what they have for films/video or even games.
