Android app stop working at 1% scan

I install on my phone, and it stuck at 1% on the first scan.

Thank you for reporting.
We have checked and found that the scanning completes without any issue.
Kindly click scan and wait for sometime, probably scans haults due to scanning larger file.
If not kindly provide us your andriod version & comodo mobile version.

I wait for hours one time, and it did not do it

Android version is 12 and Comodo Security Antivirus VPN they don’t say

Not enable on my smart phone but the vpn is proton vpn
